In Colombia, Engineer's Day is in August 9th.

Let's put a sort of cute love for 70s and I introduce to you to Jarno Saarinen (Espoo, Finland, December 11th 1945 (?????) - Monza, Italy, May 20th, 1973) and who was 250cc World Champion in 1972. A.K.A. Flying Finn.

Why I chose him for the day of Engineers on my country? Well, it was a crazy idea I had when I read he was a formation as an Engineer, and myself, I am studying an Engineering, so I care. Also it was a gift for a mate of me who is very very very but very fan of him. And she's even younger than me! XD

It was somewhat hard of paint because most photos of Saarinen are black&white and I had to count with some in colours while racing for the leathers, as well as some knowledge who would allow me to deduct he was a blonde. And here goes the drawing :3.
